Commercial Repiping & Upgrades

Replace aging supply lines and risers before they fail, or upgrade for a tenant fit-out.

What It Is

Commercial repiping replaces aging supply lines, risers and mains before they start failing one leak at a time. We also upgrade plumbing when a space changes use or a new tenant moves in.

Signs You Need It

  • Frequent leaks in the same building
  • Rusty or discolored water
  • Low pressure on certain floors or wings
  • A tenant fit-out or change of use

What To Expect

We review the building, the pipe and how the space is used, then plan the work in phases to keep water on for as much of the building as possible. Work is scheduled around your occupancy.

Commercial Services

What We Handle

  • Pile of old, rusty, broken pipes

    Aging Supply Line Replacement

Older supply lines corrode and leak more often as they age. Replacing them ends the cycle of repeat repairs and restores good pressure.

    What's included

    • Assessment of existing supply lines
    • Replacement with new pipe
    • New valves for zone shutoffs
    • Pressure testing

    Common signs you need this

    • Repeat leaks
    • Discolored water
    • Pressure dropping over time
  • Underground plant room filled with piping

    Riser & Main Upgrades

Risers and mains carry water to every floor. Upgrading them improves pressure and reliability for the whole building.

    What's included

    • Riser and main replacement
    • Isolation valves on each floor or zone
    • Phased work to limit shutoffs
    • System pressure test

    Common signs you need this

    • Leaks in mechanical rooms
    • Weak pressure on upper floors
  • Unfinished basement with exposed joists and support posts

    Tenant Fit-Outs

A new tenant often needs restrooms, break rooms or equipment that the old layout didn't have. We plumb the space to match how it will be used.

    What's included

    • Layout review with your team
    • New supply and drain lines
    • Fixture and equipment connections
    • Testing before the tenant moves in

    Common signs you need this

    • New lease or change of use
    • Renovating a suite
  • Yellow pipes mounted along a wall

    Phased Repiping

We plan repiping in sections so most of the building stays in service while each zone is replaced. Shutoffs are scheduled with you ahead of time.

    What's included

    • Phase plan agreed with you
    • Scheduled shutoffs by zone
    • Replacement section by section
    • Testing as each phase is finished

    Common signs you need this

    • Occupied building that can't shut down
    • Large repipe planned over time
